Matching Grant​

The IEEF provides matching financial grants to eligible Itron employees that meet qualifying circumstances. The maximum amount awarded for an employee per emergency is $5,000 per calendar year.

The IEEF can, at its discretion, match cash amounts up to $5,000 donated by employees to help another employee who is confronted with a difficult situation. Unlike the Direct Grant, Employee Matching Grants can be made whether or not the employee is able to pay basic living expenses. The IEEF representative or HR manager at each location is responsible for validating all donations and completing the “Verification of Amount Raised” section within the Matching Grant form. The form needs to be filled out by the employee advocate, and turned in to an IEEF representative or HR manager to finish the submission.
